M21 addresses three critical activities of museums/ heritage centers: 1. Conservation; 2. Curatorial and research; 3. Engagement with family and youth. Workshops on these three areas were held in three Indonesian provincial museums: Museum Tekstil Jakarta (Dec 12-14, 2022), Museum Kalimantan Barat (Dec 15-17, 2022), and Museum Balanga, Palangkaraya (Dec 20-22, 2022). These workshops were followed with online discussions (January 2023) among the participants from the three museums, and a series of heritage webinars (February 2023) that were open to the public.
